We require that the person booking to meet the minimum age specified on each listing (typically 24-25 years minimum). When booking, you must provide a valid ID for verification, and complete the online booking process. After confirming your booking, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the details.
For bookings made directly through our website, our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50% refund up to 7 days prior to arrival, less than 7 days before the check-in is non-refundable. To request a cancellation, just send us an e-mail with your reservation number
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Any early check-in or late check-out are based on the occupancy and availability, and must be approved in advance.
Yes, most of our properties are pet friendly. Please verify that the ownership of the reserve, pets are allowed prior to completion of your booking, and indicate that you are bring a pet into the booking form.
Yes! All of our properties allow children of all ages and for the whole family.
